Hypnotherapy-Rotherham are offering £12,000 of health and wellbeing sessions to stressed carers across Rotherham. There will be 16 workshops delivered on a rolling programme throughout 2018. The initiative is being supported by the Rotherham Carers Forum and delivered at Carers Corner in the Rain Building, Eastwood Lane on Wednesdays from 12/15pm to 14.15pm starting on January 10th. Participant get the chance to experience a 15 to 20 minute taster of clinical hypnosis in some of the workshops and they will learn self-hypnosis by observing.
